disadvantages inhibiting advantages of the studio: direct view of the campsite a few meters below or side view of the sea but with view of the neighboring terrace; abs. awning preventing pleasure from the terrace despite parasol (excessive temperature throughout the day) reverberating inside despite; closing all shutters and permanent fan: totally not recommended for seniors. Very good beach location near swimming pool at the top. For housing insufficient storage sofa bed not very comfortable for large people, no hood in the kitchen, broken oven knob difficult to turn, insufficient parking space requires turning to find a place outside.

Apartment planned for 4 people. Why keep this fifth bed in the hall? A wardrobe with a few drawers, a few shelves for storing laundry and a suitcase stand for me, this apartment would be perfect!

Apartment always so pleasant. A big thank you to the owners for taking into account my opinion of last year and the modifications made. The rolling shutter insulates well from the heat, the sofa bed is comfortable, the table on the balcony allows several people to eat. All that's missing is a piece of furniture to store things in;) . See you next year !

Pleasant stay in the Capitelles. Positive points: - The location is ideal (400 meters from the beach.) - The swimming pool is quite large - 30 minutes from the port along the coast - Nearby bike path to get to “town” Negative points: - The pool would need to be cleaned more frequently. - The 4G network is very weak.... - The presence of the campsite next door (some noise pollution)

A very big improvement effort has been made in the rental. Convertible sofa, parasol, parasol base, toaster, electric roller shutter, everything is new. Larger terrace table. I very much appreciated that my remarks made last year bore fruit. The rental can only accommodate 4 people why keep a fifth bed in the entrance. Storage in the entrance would be more suitable for storing laundry and suitcases.

Apartment very well appointed, pleasant and clean. Really close to the beach, and a great view of the mountains! What a pleasure ! Well equipped (washing machine, parasol vacuum cleaner available, iron). Two negative points: no storage for business. A wardrobe instead of the 5th bed would be a big plus:). And the chairs in the room don't smell good at all. However, I would stay here again for sure!

The bests: -Direct access to the beach -Clean and functional apartment -Balcony (view of the sea but also of the campsite) -Residence rather quiet despite the proximity of the campsite The flops: -Parking of the residence saturated in summer and difficulty in parking on the street. -Residence away from shops and activities (obligation to take the car)

The balcony table is too tight for 2 people to dine on. Umbrella stand in poor condition. Umbrella base rusty and out of order. A blind would be more suitable. The proximity of the neighboring campsite causes some nuisance during their evening activities. Rental that can accommodate 4 people why have kept a fifth bed in the entrance. Storage in the entrance would be more suitable for storing laundry and suitcases. Seat of the collapsed click clac sofa.
