We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the place, the state of the floor, the dishes, the fridge, we had to wash everything. The disgusting unusable barbecue with a bottle of water and cigarette butts in it. And in addition this apartment needs a renovation a good coat of paint and a lot of mold a big problem to solve!

A week of vacation in the year! And there we arrive in a dwelling that smells musty, that has had water damage with unrepaired ceilings, worn bedding, a kitchen with electric wires hanging from a power strip, a garden table whose above is worn, a drying rack in the same style and the carpet for the mezzanine that's the TV package blocked, nothing to clean except a small vacuum cleaner

Deplorable worn garden table +++ . No air conditioning, well worn carpet on the mezzanine. Average bedding and pillows let's not talk about it. No maintenance (painting walls and ceiling) it seems to me that given the price of the rental, the owner could make an effort, that's called having respect for the tenants. It's not just about collecting contributions.

The tenant has made improvements with the new hob, extension cords. It would be really nice if the shower head could be hung. The outside table is really tired. The mattresses are outdated Nevertheless, the rental. Is very well located and very quiet. All amenities nearby and parking space. The floor has been redone which was not luxury.

Mold and resulting odor and general state of disrepair of the accommodation. Not possible to stay there under the current conditions. Fire hazard with bare light fixture wires and burnt-out and dirty coffee maker.

very old accommodation, not very clean and very dark

The geographical location remains at the top but the rental is deteriorating from year to year. Two out of four hotplates are working. The already very small kitchen has no support for draining cutlery. The kitchen is cluttered. We had to buy some. The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves something to be desired. Shower gel holders are rusty. No shower head holder. The shower curtain is dirty. The carpet of the mezzanine is unstuck at the level of the steps.

Pros: Good location. Very friendly terrace (and neighbours!). Cons: Dysfunctional and dangerous electricity. Faulty fridge. Cleaning (imposed flat rate of €50) not done. No household appliances such as a dishwasher or washing machine. Outdated and faded set.

Everything is quite rustic. The bathtub should give way to a shower (risk of falling), kitchen: insufficient crockery, faded walls and floor. On the other hand, very pleasant apartment and place, very well located, quiet area, the terrace with trees and flowers.

It would be desirable to refresh the whole of this rental. Best regards

This rental could be pleasant if adjustments were made. Housing superficially clean on arrival. We had to redo the housework. From the dirt on the outside of the tub, cobwebs are everywhere. Very dirty switches. Lack of crockery, for example only 2 cups. The coffee maker does not work. No hook for the shower head. Nevertheless, the bedding and good. Lots of storage.

Despite a very interesting location, the owner is content to collect the rents without renovating this rental. Dirty bedding, old floors, TO REFRESH as soon as possible
