TOO MUCH THAT THE BALCONY IS CLOSED BECAUSE WE CANNOT TAKE OUR BREAKFAST IN THE SUN WE WERE TOO CLOSED AND THE DUST ON THE BASE IS REALLY VISIBLE SO NOT HEALTHY TO CHECK

The apartment does not offer good conditions for its rental. It is inadmissible to have it offered to us as its state is deplorable from a dilapidated point of view but also all its old dirty mattresses and stained cushions. walls with wallpapers lifeless certainly but especially peeled off in many places. Shower curtains so long that we risk falling when we enter the shower. Sofa cover so stained that we could not even identify the origin...

Apartment very well located, no air conditioning but crossing so the air circulates correctly with 40° outside. Only downside, just clean crockery items .. 2 HS pans to remove.
