The dishes were very dirty, moreover the fridge is too small, and apparently is dilapidated, it would need a big refresh

The apartment has a comfortable sofa bed. The very small bedroom has two trundle beds that are quite narrow, more suitable for children than adults. The shower overflowed with every shower as the drain was very very slow. The small terrace is pleasant with the view of the lagoon. We are 20 meters from the small beach, near the port. Very nice walk along the sea.

The price is in line with the apartment. Negative point: the beds, not at all comfortable and lack of space to store things. Positive point: 100m from the Grazel pond, very close to shops and lots of evening entertainment.

It was the 2nd time that I rented this apartment, but this time, apartment not cleaned, broken or missing slatted base, toilet water tank suspended ready to fall, fridge not thawed and dirty, balcony fence, wood is rotten and patched up in a hurry, therefore dangerous.

Dilapidated and dirty studio, certainly the location is quite nice, direct access to the beach from the residence and a large car park, but the studio is not maintained, balcony barrier that fails to let go, power outlets that no longer hold , broken cupboard shelves, torn furniture handles ..... cleaning package included in the price ???? I cleaned and disinfected for 1h30 when we arrived. Quite disappointed....

Well organised for key collection, 2 mins from beach. Apartment has all you need. Recommend. Good value.
