We were disappointed with the cleanliness of this rental! Dirty toilets, same floor, greasy kitchen doors, unmade beds and cushions that we don't dare use. Shame. It's pretentious to plan 4 people in this space!!!

shower door that completely gets in the way, insufficient space for a family of 4 people in the hallway leading to the toilet and the bathroom, dryer unsuitable for 4 people, fan unsuitable for the surface, vacuum cleaner that makes a lot of noise and sucks badly , bedroom (with double bed) oppressive and without ceiling light, very little space between the bunk bed and the wall, lack of mattress for the sofa. Kitchen nikel, but no key for the garage shortcut (floodable)

Accommodation near the beach. Garage not very practical for a Kangoo because too close to the gate. No pans there were only lids left so we reported it to reception. Very good for a couple and 2 children. The gate code is useless but you have to enter the building, not the open car park towards the other residence.

In the advertisement we saw 2 seats and 1 sofa. This motivated our choice of this apartment. But when we arrived there was no sofa. Over 7 days we stayed perched 4 days on chairs. exhausting. Complaint made and after receiving a letter promising to contact us again, there is silence. And nothing was done for this damage.

The accommodation is very well located, quiet. Since it is not exposed south, it is not too hot there. The shower is a bit cramped, the household appliances of average quality. Otherwise, having a garage is very good and should be mentioned more precisely in the description (it is noted parking). Everything was fine. We even retain the reference to return there

Clean quiet and well equipped rental we had a pleasant time with the family the children were delighted the only drawback was the shower a bit small for a tall man but overall very happy with this rental we will probably return there many thanks to the staff of the agency interhome le grau-du-roi for their kindness...

Housing well except the shower it has a wasp waist to climb in and tall, person who is like me disabled with one leg not simple, housing very well equipped, excellent bedding, but then the downside, seeing the star, is the noise on the parking side, forced to sleep with all the windows closed and shutters, which is a shame for the sea, I will not rent this apartment again, which also has a garage where you forget to tell you that they are flooded, vehicle in the water twice in 13 nights, won mechanic on our return

Great vacation in an apartment well equipped for quick but also family cooking with its blender and other essential utensils, brand new oven, toaster, microwave... We appreciated the new fitted kitchen, the vacuum cleaner, the iron ironing, and the fans (the plus would have been a small air conditioner), the shelves for storing the linen... Shower room small and a bit dated but functional. On the sound side, to be very sensitive to noise, I feared the windows open on the car park at night and in the morning: and yes, on vacation, I still hope to rest a little far from the din of cars... Even if it t was the first week of August, I was able to sleep without my earplugs! with the joy of seagulls singing at daybreak... With my teenagers, we loved the double room and the cabin room (no beds in the hallway!), the proximity to small shops, the beach 300m away, the city center and its shops 15min walk, the joy of leaving the car in the private garage, no wasting time looking for a parking space and car well cool in the heat of August! If I the apartment is available, my next vacation, I take it back without worries! Plus the neighborhood was nice! Thank you to the owner for these successful holidays!

if possible to add a toaster please. the shower water does not drain quickly, people with fragile feet can catch fungus easily. Cordially
