the apartment smelled very badly musty. Parking was difficult to find. The person who called me to inform me of the closing of the agency at 6 p.m. was very unpleasant, complaining about the amount of work and the organization. I received no information on how to get the sheets, it was not obvious that you had to rent a box for the wifi. The apartment was sold "feet in the water", but I couldn't see the sea. The apartment was clean.

Pros: well equipped (appliances, plates, glasses, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.), Parking, proximity to the beach and attractions, PRICE Cons: apartment is small, not too much room to move around (2 children + 2 adults), useless "terrace", bulky furniture, sewage smell in the bathroom, the wardrobe bed too short for me (I'm 1.9m tall) Despite the less, I recommend this apartment.

No bedroom but an entrance with a bunk bed without a window, it's stuffy, fleas in the bed, the large wardrobe bed in the dining room black with dust, on top of all that the curtain in the living room was broken so it was impossible to open the window at night. the kitchen is very functional, secure parking space, beach and town center nearby.

Small apartment very well equipped, very well located, sea at 500 m port of Grau du Roi at 1.5 km no need to take the car to get to the center of Grau du Roi. A few shops nearby. To advice.
