Disappointed with the apartment, it's the 2nd time I've rented it. Senseo didn't work. TV antenna by ourselves on the wall behind the sofa which was held by tape, so not great for it to work.

Beep problem for access to private parking, no replacement at the agency. Electrical problem in the room. Have. Good location in relation to the town of Grau-du-Roi.

Good apartment, just the right size for 2 people. significant air conditioning, our dog was cool ... The bedding is comfortable, the sofa average. The balcony is pleasant, well exposed, in the sun in the morning, in the shade in the afternoon. It overlooks the car park, which is good because it is quiet but has direct access to the port on the ground floor. Some power outlets would need to be replaced, as well as the curtains which are tired. Missing a vacuum cleaner.

Adequate apartment but upon arrival the shutter did not work suddenly blocked a day for the repair. The television did not work the last week, impossible to adjust the channels. Salad spinner to change. Otherwise overall correct .

This apartment requires a refresh. Chipped crockery, stove not usable, scaled toilet tank, dirty floor. Too bad, because the apartment is well located.

Clean, functional and properly equipped accommodation for 4 people. WC separated from the bathroom which is a plus. Plenty of storage (wall cupboards and chest of drawers). The air conditioner is an asset for this accommodation, especially given the summer temperatures. The terrace is very practical. Located on the car park side, the nights are restful since the noise pollution of the port (cafes, restaurants) is avoided. I recommend this accommodation.

We rented the apartment in April to work on the boat next door. The location was ideal. The apartment has everything you need, except for a kettle. The bed is not suitable for very tall people, but my 1.83m tall husband just fit in it. The balcony is a good size and probably ideal in the summer. We felt good. However, the WiFi was extremely slow.

Very nice apartment but part of the furniture should be changed because it is starting to fall into disrepair such as the dryer, the coat racks behind the front door, the blinds, the interior chairs etc....
