Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: raised ground floor. The terrace is situated right above the wine cellar.

Ribaute: Terraced house built on a wine cellar, situated in the village, with a lovely view of the countryside, the vineyards and the Alaric mountain range. Bicycle shed. The baker passes through the village every day. Terraced house "La Maison des Fleurs". In a quiet position, 50 km from the sea. Private: garden 50 m2 with trees, public parking on the road. Shop 4 km, grocery 200 m, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, sandy beach "Gruissan" 50 km. Nearby attractions: Rivière de Ribaute 1 km, Cité de Carcassonne 36 km. Please note: car recommended.

Small village with 229 inhabitants, 39 km west from Narbonne, 47 km south-east from Carcassonne, 15 km south-west from Lézignan-Corbières.

To visit: remains of fortress. It is possible to go on several trips into the Pyrenees, the Mediterranean and the Haut Languedoc park. Fishing. Hiking paths. Mountain bikes for hire.
