With this home, you are smack-dab in artsy Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of Paris' most emblematic neighbourhoods. Although we could spend all day discovering the boutiques and eateries here, it's extremely well-connected to the rest of the city if you'd like to venture further afield. The design combines traditional features with all the modern conveniences you'll need. Space can be a little tight with the sofa bed in use, but there's plenty of room in the main suite and the second bathroom is a nice bonus.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Space could be tight with it in use, so if you'd like ample room for socialising, we'd suggest a maximum guest count of two.
*This apartment has an entry code system and keyless entry.
*There isn't a desk here if you're travelling for work, but the dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*The kitchenette is compact but has everything needed to rustle up meals.
*Given the central location and vicinity to popular cafes and restaurants, substantial street noise is to be expected here, sometimes into the night – keep this in mind particularly during the summer months, when you might need to leave windows open to keep the apartment cool
