Holiday Rental Description

It’s not always possible to get outdoor space in cities like Paris, but luckily this home has a balcony overlooking a communal courtyard. Just off the terrace, there’s a bright living room which also sleeps guests nine and ten on a sofa bed. Another bonus of this apartment is that all the bedrooms are en-suite. When you want to explore, the Palais Garnier is a short walk away, while the Jardin des Tuileries and the Place de la Concorde are also reachable on foot.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The balcony is quite narrow.
*There's a spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms.
*Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning.
*The ceiling in some areas of bedroom two is on the low side.
*Two of the en-suites have a toilet. The others share a WC.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
