This home may be on the cosy side, but with a location this good, we doubt you'll spend much time indoors. You're just a few minutes away from the grand Arc de Triomphe, while the local neighbourhood offers a slice of Parisian life away from the tourist trail. After a long day exploring, make yourself at home by putting a record on and settling back on the sofa. Meanwhile, the Juliet balcony is the perfect spot for people watching – and admiring the typical Haussmannian architecture of this area. The kitchen may not be the most well-equipped, but it's a great reason to try some of the trendy restaurants in nearby Batignolles.
