Home to the prestigious Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Avenue Montaigne, and Avenue George V, the 8th arrondissement more than earns its ‘golden triangle’ title. And from this contemporary apartment, you can experience it with ease. All the sightseeing must-sees and smart boutiques can be explored on foot – or hop on the Havre-Caumartin Metro (five-minute walk) to another corner of the city. While not the largest of homes in our collection, you can’t fault the pared-back interiors, and it’s all flooded with light thanks to those Juliet balcony windows.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
*If you’re travelling with little ones, a cot can be provided upon request.
*While the large beds make for a great night's sleep, it does feel a little big for the room. Space is limited, so we'd recommend travelling light. One of the bedrooms has an internal window, so natural light is limited.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
