*This apartment is located on the ground floor and the front door opens directly onto the street from the living area. You may hear some street noise during your stay.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom here. While there are three bathrooms for showering, there are only two toilets.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. The closest Metro station (Saint-Ambroise) is a four-minute walk away.
