You'll find this ground-floor apartment in Montparnasse. A short walk away is the area's famous skyscraper, where far-reaching views of the Eiffel Tower await. Prefer to stay on the ground? Wander fifteen minutes to Luxembourg Garden or hop on the nearby metro and cruise across the city. Back home, you'll enjoy a small but practical terrace that's perfect for alfresco coffees and cocktails. The living space has a cosy banquette dining area, as well as a sofa bed for guests five and six. Both bedrooms are on the smaller side, though – no bother, as we think you'll spend most of your time here exploring Paris.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*Both bedrooms are on the small side. There isn't much room to store your things or walk around the beds.
*This is a ground-floor apartment. It's above a railway line, so expect to hear some noise and occasionally feel the passing trains.
*As is common in France, the toilets are separate from the bathrooms.
*Your host can provide a cot upon request if you're travelling with little ones.
*Upon arrival, you'll need to pick up the keys from a nearby address.
