In the Bastille neighbourhood of Paris, this duplex provides a chic and elegant place to call home. Place de la Bastille is a fifteen-minute walk away and the nearest metro station is five minutes away at Ledru Rollin, whisking you to sights like The Louvre and Notre Dame in around fifteen minutes. Entering the apartment you instantly feel a sense of creativity and style. Striking sculptures stand proud in the living room and splashes of modern art worthy of a place in the Louvre liven up white walls. Big French windows fill the room with light and a bookcase stuffed with paperbacks and curios from around the world adds a homely touch. The kitchen is tucked away, and there’s a vaguely pastoral feeling to the green and honey walls. Spacious double beds are crowned with painted headboards in both bedrooms, so there’s no need to draw straws for the master.
