Housed in a characterful building, this apartment was renovated by a famous French architect. We love the classical ceiling artwork in this apartment’s open-plan living space (this room also sleeps guests five and six on a sofa bed). Another highlight is the main bedroom with its freestanding bathtub and views over the area’s ornate architecture. Talking about the locale, within a short stroll, you’ll find the Grands Boulevards with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Also within walking distance are the Louvre Museum and the Palais Royal.
Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There's only one toilet here (both the en-suite and main bathroom do not have a toilet). Also, the pipework in this building is old, so expect an occasional odour from the shower drain or bath.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
*On arrival, you’ll need to collect the keys from a lockbox inside the building.
