Pocket-sized but perfectly formed, this apartment makes a great base in the heart of Paris. You'll find it just a short stroll from the fashionable boutiques along the Champs-Élysées and Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, while a nearby metro makes it easy to zip across the city. It works well for couples and solo travellers, but it's on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, so expect to climb several stairs. It's worth noting that there isn't a TV here, but with plenty to see and do on your doorstep, we don't think you'll mind.
