You're also just a fifteen-minute stroll from the famous Sacré-Cœur and close to the eateries and nightlife in SoPi. Safe to say, it's a fantastic base in a central, well-connected neighbourhood.

*A car isn't needed in this location. Instead of driving, take advantage of nearby public transportation or explore on foot.
