What a quintessentially Parisian setting this home has in picturesque Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It’s just a short walk from the River Seine, charming cafés, restaurants, and brasseries. If you don’t fancy eating out, there’s a chic industrial kitchen for creating some local delicacies. This room also has a striking, futuristic spiral staircase (it doesn’t have a handrail and is narrow and steep, so it’s not for the faint-hearted or those with limited mobility). But, once you get upstairs to the main bedroom, you’re rewarded with views over the rooftops of Paris.

*This home is on the fifth floor, with an external elevator - however inside the rooms are spread across 2 floors and there is no internal elevator. The stairs in this home do not have a handrail and for some are narrow and steep.
*The en suite bathrooms do not have separating doors from the bedrooms
*There are not black out curtains in the bedrooms
*There's no TV in this home.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
