Compact in size, it’s best suited for a couple, though the sofa bed means it can sleep up to four – just note it will take up most of the living space when in use. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, perfect for preparing breakfasts or light meals before heading out. From here, most of the city’s iconic sights are within walking distance, with cafes, restaurants and the Seine just moments away, an ideal spot for those who want Paris on their doorstep.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the third floor.
*There may be daytime renovation work in another apartment within the building – it won’t affect nights, but some daytime noise could be heard.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Though there's enough bed space for four people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of two.
