Whether you’re in Paris for business or leisure, this fuss-free pad is an ideal base, nestled between Opera and Madeleine. As a party of four, two will need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room – otherwise, it’s perfect for couples or solo travellers. The balcony is a nice spot for morning coffee or an evening aperitif, while the on-site gym is a definite plus for those keen to keep on top of their exercise routine. Locally, you’ll find Place de la Concorde and Opera Garnier within walking distance – just make sure you stop off at some of the delicious eateries en route.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

*As is common in France, the WC is separate from the bathroom in this home.
