This home makes an excellent city-centre base for a large group of friends or family. Located in a classic Haussmannian building, guests will find ample space to unwind in the open-plan living room – though there's only enough room for twelve at the dining table. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for those with young children – there's a bunk bed in one of the double bedrooms – but the prospect of sleeping on sofa beds might not suit everyone. Your stay includes access to a nearby gym, but you might not have time to visit – there are numerous parks and museums to explore, including the famed Louvre, which is just a twenty-minute walk away.

*We consider this home a bit of a squeeze for 17 people – the kitchen and dining space is limited, there are only three bathrooms, and two sofas in the living area.
*At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two double sofa beds in the living area.
*You'll only be provided with one key for this home – large groups might find this poses a logistical challenge.
*You'll have access to a communal gym and sauna, which is in a separate building a few minutes' walk away.
