*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. Please let your host know when booking if you'd like it prepared.
*There is currently some construction in the building, scheduled to end in mid-2026.
*The bedrooms, living area, and kitchen have a combined heating and cooling system – only one function can run at a time. From October to May, it will be in heating mode. From May to October, it will be set to air conditioning.
*The lead guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
*If your check-in is within 24-72 hours, then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
*This host requires a security deposit on a credit card prior to check-in.
