This city pad caught our eye for its central location. Situated in the glamourous 8th arrondissement, you’ll be within a thirty-minute stroll of many of Paris’s must-sees, including the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, and the Louve. The home has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a dining nook for cosy meals. Space might feel a bit limited at full capacity when two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. But if that’s not a deal-breaker, we think this home will suit a couple or two couples wanting to be at the heart of the capital.

Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes, and replenishment of toiletries.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Please let your host know if advance if the sofa bed will be required.
*Construction work is ongoing in the building until mid-2026. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*The lead guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
*If your check-in is within 24-72 hours, then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
*This host requires a security deposit on a credit card prior to check-in.
*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
