Set within a quiet courtyard just moments away from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, this beautifully elegant apartment is ready to host your city stay in style.

Laid out over three floors, this recently renovated space gleams with modern design, offering every inch the Parisian panache you’d expect from this privileged postcode.

The main open-plan living area sets a romantic scene with its wood floors and midnight blue feature wall, its velvet sofas beckoning insouciant relaxation on them with a glass of French wine in hand. We love the statement lightning above the chic dining nook – the ideal spot to begin mornings over fresh coffee and croissants and spend evenings in conversation over some locally bought cheese and bubbly.

Each of the three bedrooms provides the perfect pared-back canvas for a dreamy night’s sleep and we’re particularly fond of the main bedroom downstairs that boasts a glorious en-suite Jacuzzi tub.

Outside of your home, the Arc de Triomphe is a mere five-minute walk away, the Trocadéro Gardens are walkable in twenty-five, while Paris’ emblematic Eiffel Tower is twenty minutes away by Metro.

*Though the entrance is on the ground floor, the home is laid out over three floors with internal stairs connecting them, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
*At maximum capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room
*A cot and a changing table are available on request
*The main bedroom is on the lower ground floor and lacks natural light as it doesn't have any windows
*The outdoor courtyard is communal
*There's a laptop-friendly workspace
*The home's entrance is private
*You'll be able to self-check-in
*There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of Paris' excellent public transport instead – Franklin D. Roosevelt station is a two-minute walk away
