Holiday Rental Description

This Madeleine apartment is right up our alley. We adore the luxe touches, be it Jacuzzi-style baths or walk-in dressing rooms in both bedroom suites. The quintessential Parisian, Haussmannian features throughout the property really caught our eye. Meanwhile, in the living area, the design effortlessly merges character with contemporary comforts. Sure, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, but that's hardly a deal-breaker in this central location. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries are all within easy reach. Keen to sightsee? You're also a short walk from Palais Garnier, Place de la Concorde and a metro station for adventures further afield.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. Both bathrooms here are en-suite, but have two doors so guests sleeping on the sofa bed will also have access to the bathrooms. There are two separate WCs, however.
*Your host provides a welcome hamper with Rituals toiletries, spring water, Nespresso coffee and tea, and much more.
*A car isn't needed in this location. Instead of driving, explore on foot or take advantage of easily accessible public transportation.
*Your host asks that you keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
*The communal areas of this building might appear a little worn and dated in parts.
