This apartment has a lot going for it. For starters, the location is incredible. You're in the heart of Paris here, moments away from Palais Garnier, boutiques, restaurants, and metro stations. Style-wise, this pad is practical but perfectly formed. The kitchen is small but has just enough space to rustle up lighter bites, while a bedroom boasts a desk if you plan to work from home. There's also a sofa bed for guests five and six. You'll also find a small gym, a luggage storage room, and communal laundry facilities in the building.

*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.

*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find communal washing machines and dryers within the building.
