Holiday Rental Description

In buzzing Montparnasse, this apartment puts the 14th arrondissement on your doorstep. All the landmarks are within easy reach, from scene-stealing Eiffel Tower views at Tour Montparnasse (twenty minutes on foot) to art-filled afternoons at the Louvre (a twenty-five-minute metro ride away). Our favourite thing about this apartment is how light and stylish it is. It's on the smaller side – particularly the kitchen – but it has all the essentials for quick bites. We think it's the ideal respite between Parisian adventures, especially for those seeking a stay in a more local neighbourhood.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. Space will be tight with it in use, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of three.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot upon request.
*There's a lift in the building, but it's only accessible from the first floor (not the ground floor). If you need help with your luggage, please let your host know in advance.
*This apartment has a portable air conditioning unit, which requires the window to be slightly open for ventilation while in use. The street outside is quite busy, so you may notice some noise when the window is open.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Paris. Instead of driving, we suggest exploring on foot or taking advantage of nearby public transportation – a metro station is a short walk away.
