Small but stylish, this top-floor apartment is a cosy base for couples. Although it's a studio, it doesn't feel too snug – and having a separate kitchen is a nice touch. Two guests could sleep on a sofa bed, but as it's an all-in-one space, we think it's best for families who don't mind the lack of privacy. Location-wise, you'll be in the 16th arrondissement. A short walk away is the Arc de Triomphe, so if sightseeing is on the agenda, you're well-placed for it. Just over a thirty-minute stroll away is the Eiffel Tower, and with multiple metro stations nearby, all corners of the city are within easy reach.
Home truths: *At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. Given it's an all-in-one studio apartment, we think the sofa bed is best for children. *There's a portable air conditioning unit here. *The building has a lift to the fifth floor, but you'll have to climb a flight of curved stairs to reach the entrance to this apartment – it's on the sixth floor. *You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals. *Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Paris. Instead of driving, we suggest exploring on foot or taking advantage of nearby public transportation – a metro station is a short walk away.
