Centrally located in bustling Saint Germain-des-Prés and just steps from the Seine, this large one-bedroom apartment is amazingly tranquil – set back from the liveliness via two picturesque courtyards. With floor-to-ceiling windows, rustic exposed ceiling beams and a stone fireplace, this home feels wonderfully authentic. We love how big the kitchen is, with a lovely eat-in kitchen for two, and the living room has a modern feel to it that’s elevated by a rich gemstone palette. When it comes to location, you’ll be just four minutes from the leafy square of Place Dauphine, nine minutes from the jaw-dropping stained glass at Saint-Chapelle and sixteen minutes from Notre Dame. For morning strolls, walk a breezy ten minutes to Luxembourg Gardens and admire the carefully maintained 17th-century gardens with a pastry from a local boulangerie.
