Musée Picasso and Place de la République are under ten minutes on foot, while Place des Vosges and the Canal Saint-Martin are around fifteen minutes away. The apartment itself has steps down into an impressive industrial-style open-plan living area with high ceilings and a sofa bed for guests three and four. This is the place to stay if you want a stylish home to experience the vibrant culture of Le Marais.

*There's a shared courtyard here.
*The building has two entrances – one on Rue de Turenne and the other on Rue Saintonge. The latter has direct and more convenient access to the apartment through the courtyard and up one-flight stairs. There are also stairs within the apartment.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The bedroom is on the mezzanine level and has internal windows looking down into the living area.
*Your host provides down pillows and bedding, but hypoallergenic pillows and bedding are available on request.
*The only full bathroom is en-suite. Please note that the toilet is on the main floor below and not within the bathroom.
