This apartment is right in the Opéra district on Rue de l’Arcade, so you’re surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, and some of Paris’s best museums. Inside, it’s got those classic Haussmann details – herringbone parquet, marble, wall mouldings – that make it feel very Parisian. It's definitely small, but it's been cleverly designed by an architect to make the most of every bit of space. There’s no sofa, but you’ve got loads of storage, a little kitchenette for simple meals, and you can watch TV from bed. With the city’s highlights right outside the door, the location is the real draw.

*This is a small studio without a sofa, so it may not suit guests who like having a lounge area.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
