Small but perfectly formed, this apartment makes up for its size with its stellar location. You're in the heart of Paris here, a mere five-minute walk from the Louvre and moments from shops, eateries, and metro stations. Sure, the vibrant area means noise is likely, but it's the perfect stomping grounds for first-time visitors. Design-wise, this pad is stylish and comfortable. Digital nomads will appreciate the workspace, and a compact kitchen has light bites covered. If you struggle with stairs, this probably isn't the place for you. But, if you don't mind a climb to the third floor, we think it's a fuss-free find.

*The en-suite bathroom only has a shower and no toilet. However, there is a separate WC.
*There's a window AC unit here, but no central air conditioning.
*This apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift. It's not suitable for people with limited mobility.
*Given the central location in the 1st arrondissement, noise is to be expected. Some of the windows overlook the street.
