This apartment is in an historic building in the lively Latin Quarter, at the heart of the action. It’s a petite home with heaps of charm and retro touches – the exposed beams and stonework give it a rustic feel.
The living room is bright and welcoming, with huge windows that showcase a lovely view of Paris’ rooftops. It’s in a great location for seeing the sights, but it’s not so touristy that it feels inauthentic. Rue Mouffetard is just around the corner and boasts a seemingly endless supply of eateries and bars packed with locals.
Pop to a nearby bakery for fresh bread, and spend your morning picnicking in Le Jardin du Luxembourg, which is just ten minutes from the apartment. For art and history, stroll twenty-three minutes to the Louvre, or meander ten minutes to Notre Dame. Once you’ve admired the architecture, stroll along the Seine shopping at riverside stalls, popping into cafes every now and then.
