Sitting in this peaceful apartment, it’s hard to believe just how central it is. It’s located between Madeleine and Opera, close to Concorde, Opera Garnier, and Galeries Lafayette – you’re right in the heart of Paris here. Yet the apartment, housed in an attractive Art Deco building that was once a grand hotel, is remarkably tranquil. It’s a bright and welcoming home-from-home for a city break, the ideal spot for soothing downtime in between seeing the sights. Two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room, and space is at a premium – but for this location, that’s easily forgiven.
