While the Champs-Élysées is known for luxury and opulence, this studio is an understated sanctuary in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. With modern bookshelves set into white walls, along with a traditional wrought-iron balcony framing the windowsill, there are some delightful contrasts in this home. And despite the cosy space and its minimalist decor, there are some very luxurious details that make it feel more like a hotel. Breakfast items are all included, as well as slippers, shower caps, toothbrushes, and incredibly comfy memory foam pillows. We love the window view – you’re looking down onto a communal courtyard of lush greenery, including a living wall and a bridge running over a tranquil water feature. It’s hard to believe that the hectic roundabout of the Arc de Triomphe is just over ten minutes away. Passing through this famous arch feels like going through an entrance to some of Paris’ most exclusive neighbourhoods. While you’ve got every designer store you could possibly ask for, you might want to soak up some culture at the Musée d’Art Moderne or Musée de l'Orangerie, both within twenty minutes from home. With metro stops as close as a three-minute walk, head out to explore this bustling city, safe in the knowledge that your studio is a peaceful retreat to return to.

*While there is a lift, you'll need to be able to climb stairs to access this home
*There are some great extra features that the host provides, such as a high-speed wireless charger and a Dyson air purifying fan
