Stylish and inviting, it's a chic base for groups – though we think it's a tad snug for everyone, especially with the sofa bed in use. Location-wise, Le Marais and its collection of bars and restaurants is on your doorstep. Many famous landmarks can be reached by foot or by metro. Whether you're unwinding at home or exploring the city, this pad provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. Space may be tight with it in use, so we suggest a maximum guest count of four.
*Though there are two bathrooms here, there's only one toilet. It's located in a separate WC. While the second bathroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Both fireplaces are decorative.
*There are security cameras around the building's entrance, stairs, and access locks.
