*A fourth guest would be sleeping on the trundle that's tucked away beneath the single bed – this would be best suited to children as it can feel cramped in this room
*There's a fully integrated audio system that connects straight to your iPhone with Airplay, and Philips Hue smart lighting
*The home doesn't come with parking but it's convenient for public transport – you can find paid parking garages in the area if necessary
