This three-bedroom apartment offers the best of both comfort and convenience. The elegant rooms have been thoughtfully styled with plush furnishings and pastel tones. Meanwhile, the location is lovely too – within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées and close to landmarks like the Louvre. If eight of you are staying, two will sleep on the sofa bed and two on the mezzanine level where space is a little limited. But with luxuries like a roll-top bathtub in the master bedroom, and a chic marble and brass kitchen, this home is a great pick for an extra-special city break.

Home truths:
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb twenty steps to reach the entrance of the home on the first floor.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The third bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. There's no window up here.
*The ceiling height on the mezzanine level is 1m, so it might not be suitable for taller guests.
*The en-suite bathroom consists of a bathtub and sink and is in the bedroom, without a door or wall separating the bathing area from the sleeping area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
