This bright apartment in the heart of the Marais is perfectly placed for exploring Paris. Set on the fourth floor near rue de Bretagne, it features a cosy living space with a sofa, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, all complemented by large windows. The south-west-facing terrace is the real highlight, providing sunshine throughout the day, making it perfect for lunch outside or evening drinks. It’s a comfortable base for enjoying one of Paris’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

*Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend using public transport. Ride-sharing and taxis are available, and you’ll have easy links to explore the city.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the fourth floor. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*The terrace is overlooked by the apartment opposite, so the views aren’t the most inspiring, but it’s south-west facing and enjoys sun all day.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
