There's a lift in the building to reach the apartment on the fourth floor.
At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
A cot is available on request.
The main bedroom's en-suite toilet is in a separate cubicle from its en-suite shower room.
The kitchenette is compact and better suited to light meal-making.
Please note that there's a pub on the ground floor and you're in proximity to the busy Champs-Élysées, so you may hear some street noise.
Gare du Nord (for Eurostar) is a twenty-three-minute drive or thirty minutes away by Metro.
The wi-fi can be temperamental here.
