Base yourself in the 14th arrondissement at this stylish apartment. Just a twenty-minute walk away is the towering Tour Montparnasse, where sweeping Eiffel Tower views await. Further afield, yet still easily reached via metro, are all the other must-see landmarks – including the Louvre, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and Luxembourg Gardens. Back home, you'll find a bright living space ideal for unwinding, a sleek kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms. It's the perfect respite between adventures – though we think it works best for four if you'd like room to stretch out.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area. Space will be tight with it in use, so we'd suggest a maximum guest count of four.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot upon request.
*There's a lift in the building, but it's only accessible from the first floor. If you need help with your luggage, please let your host know in advance.
*Only one bathroom has a toilet – the other is located in a separate WC.
*This apartment has a portable air conditioning unit, which requires the window to be slightly open for ventilation while in use. The street outside is quite busy, so you may notice some noise when the window is open. Even with air conditioning, the apartment can get a little warm in the summer.
*Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Paris. Instead of driving, we suggest exploring on foot or taking advantage of nearby public transportation – a metro station is a short walk away.
