This cosy studio with a mezzanine bedroom is a lesson in how small-space living can be fabulous and fun. Admittedly this (reduced) amount of space will not suit everyone, but a solo traveller or couple looking for a base for a short trip will find it a great match. And despite the petite size, there are some very special touches that are guaranteed to enchant you. You'll find a projector for romantic movie nights in, and a decorative marble fireplace that provides old-world charm. However, our favourite room has to be the bathroom – it features a striking stone basin and a sumptuous rainfall shower under a skylight. The surrounding neighbourhood is full of theatres and lively bars – it's authentically Parisian and bursting with style and fun. You can also walk to Montmartre in less than twenty minutes, and the nearby metro station will bring you to the centre of Paris in less than twenty minutes.
