You’ll love waking up in the stylish bedroom and starting your day off with a soak under the rainfall shower, before heading to the breakfast bar for a coffee and croissant ahead of a day of exploring. When you’re ready to venture outside, you’ve got plenty of Paris’ best sights within easy reach. The beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg is a fifteen-minute walk away, while the famous Paris Catacombs are a twenty-five-minute stroll from your door. The Eiffel Tower is also reachable in thirty minutes on foot, and with the Falguière Metro station a three-minute walk away, you can access all corners of the city with ease.

*At maximum capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room – this is at the expense of a seating area though, so we think this home is better suited to two adults
*The kitchen is rather basic and lacks an oven, so it's better suited to making light meals and snacks rather than elaborate dinners
*Guests are asked to respect the building's quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am
*There's no parking here, but we suggest skipping the car and making use of Paris' excellent public transportation instead – Falguière Metro station is a three-minute walk away
