This stylish apartment boasts courtyard views and contemporary interiors. The living space is bright and comfortable. You'll have a small kitchen ideal for light bites – though there are plenty of eateries nearby. There's a sofa bed for two guests, but we think space will be a little tight with it in use. Most importantly, it is in a great location. A fifteen-minute walk will take you to the Eiffel Tower or the buzzy Latin Quarter. Whether you're into shopping or sightseeing, this is an ideal base to make the most of Paris.

*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed. With it in use, space will be tight. Storage is also lacking here, so we suggest this home is best for a pair.
*This is a ground-floor apartment that opens directly into the courtyard.
*As is common in France, the toilet is located in a separate WC and not in the bathroom.
