Holiday Rental Description

Make yourself at home in the heart of Paris when you stay in this bright and inviting apartment. It’s in a great location for both sightseeing and shopping, with the Louvre within walking distance and the smart stores of the Opéra district nearby too. Inside, our favourite feature is the light-filled living area, which has space to cook, dine, and unwind, along with a bar for pre-dinner drinks. The only slight downside is there’s no lift, but we think the comfort and convenience here more than make up for the stairs.

Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.

Home truths:
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the fourth floor.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the en-suite bathroom.
*This home doesn't have air conditioning. Let your host know in advance if you'll need fans during your stay.
*The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
*The shower pressure here isn't the strongest.
*One loveable cat usually lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this means it may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
*The lead guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
*If your check-in is within 24-72 hours, then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed.
*This host requires a security deposit on a credit card prior to check-in.
