Holiday Rental Description

This cosy apartment is just a twelve-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. It’s in the 16th arrondissement, a twenty-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and with plenty of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The apartment feels like a little oasis, with communal gardens to relax in and shared facilities including a gym. If you’re hoping for more space to spread out, we advise sticking to a guest count of two as otherwise, one guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.

*Parking in Paris can be tricky. We recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport system – Boissière metro station is just two minutes away.
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.
*We think the kitchenette is better suited to preparing light bites rather than full meals. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby though.
