Housed in a handsome Haussman building conversion in the 18th Arrondissement, we can’t fault this apartment's interiors. The small private balcony and daily housekeeping are a bonus, too, although there are a few things to note. At full occupancy, the last two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area, and natural light is limited in the main bedroom. Not ideal for everyone, but for a small family or close-knit friends sharing, this could work out great. Location-wise, you’re a short walk from Brochant Metro station to head into central Paris. Or keep things local – the cobbled streets of neighbouring Montmartre are within easy walking distance.
Home truths: *A cot can be provided for little ones on request.
*A full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room area.
*This apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*While the king-sized bed makes for a great night's sleep, it does feel a little big for the room. Space is limited, so we'd recommend travelling light. It’s also worth noting that natural light is limited in the bedroom area, as there is only an internal window.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and a microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites.
*The bathroom is ensuite and accessed via the bedroom area, although the WC is separate.
