* The home is located at least 12 to 15 minutes walk from the metro / RER and there's not much life in the area in terms of bars and restaurants – an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre

* The elevator serves the first and second floor so you will have to go up or down at least 7 steps to access

* There is no air conditioning throughout the home so be prepared to get hot during summer months
