You wake up in Paris and you’re walking distance from some of the top sights, including the Roman-inspired Panthéon and the majestic cathedral of Notre-Dame. You can also start your day with a stroll around the nearby Jardin des Plantes, an oasis of blooms in the heart of the city. Back at the apartment, there’s an open-plan living and kitchen area, plus a sofa bed that sleeps two (things could feel cosy when this is in use). It’s a comfortable spot to base yourself during a city break – and with a Metro station just around the corner, it’s easy to explore more of Paris too.
Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The apartment is on the third floor without a lift.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and a microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
